More than a year has passed since the undefeated Page escaped a contentious three-round encounter against Fernando Gonzalez with a split decision. The 31-year-old will put his perfect 12-0 record on the line against Rickels, a colorful Bellator mainstay who has experienced success in multiple weight classes while becoming known for his creative entrances. Page has delivered 10 of his 12 career victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission, many of them in spectacular, jaw-dropping fashion. His skull-crushing knee strike on Evangelista Santos in July 2016 remains one of Bellator’s most talked-about finishes. Rickels last competed at Bellator 189 on Dec. 1, when he was awarded a unanimous verdict over Adam Piccolotti in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
