By The Numbers: Bibiano Fernandes

Bibiano Fernandes seems destined to join Fedor Emelianenko, Igor Vovchanchyn and a handful of others as one of the most accomplished mixed martial artists never to compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The reigning One Championship and former two-division Dream titleholder has spent his entire 17-year career plying his trade outside the Octagon. Fernandes remains one of the premier lighter-weight fighters in the sport, having won 16 of his past 17 bouts. The AMC Pankration product last appeared at One Championship Century Part 2 on Oct. 13, 2019, when he submitted longtime rival Kevin Belingon with a second-round rear-naked choke and improved to 3-1 in their head-to-head series.
