By The Numbers: Josh Emmett vs. Ilia Topuria

If prizefighters have a biological clock, Josh Emmett can probably hear his ticking.

Now well into his late 30s, the Team Alpha Male standout will lock horns with the undefeated Ilia Topuria in the UFC on ABC 5 featherweight main event this Saturday at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Emmett has rattled off five wins in six appearances. However, he finds himself on the rebound following a second-round submission loss to Yair Rodriguez at UFC 284 in February. Topuria, meanwhile, has finished 12 of his 13 opponents, nine of them inside one round. He last competed at UFC 282, where he put away Bryce Mitchell with an arm-triangle choke a little more than eight minutes into their Dec. 10 encounter.

As Emmett and Topuria approach their marquee matchup at 145 pounds, a look at some of the numbers that have accompanied them to this point:
