By The Numbers: UFC 313 Pre-Fight Edition

Alex Pereira will put his undisputed Ultimate Fighting Championship light heavyweight title on the line when he collides with Magomed Ankalaev in the UFC 313 headliner on Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, ex-World Series of Fighting champion Justin Gaethje rematches Kill Cliff Fight Club and Tiger Muay Thai export Rafael Fiziev in the three-round lightweight co-main event at 155 pounds.

Ahead of UFC 313 “Pereira vs. Ankalaev,” a look at some of the numbers the fighters on the docket bring to the table:

2,586: Miles between where Pereira trains at Teixeira MMA and Fitness in Bethel, Connecticut, and UFC headquarters in Las Vegas.

7: Countries in which Ankalaev has plied his mixed martial arts trade. In addition to his native Russia, he has suited up in Ukraine, Serbia, England, the Czech Republic, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

20: Gaethje wins by knockout or technical knockout, accounting for 80% of his career total (25). His list of UFC victims: Dustin Poirier, Tony Ferguson, Donald Cerrone, Edson Barboza, James Vick and Michael Johnson.

58: Seconds needed for Fiziev to cut down Nandin-Erdene Munguntsooj with a head kick and follow-up punches under the Road Fighting Championship banner on Dec. 23, 2017. More than seven years later, it remains his fastest finish to date.

126: Significant strikes landed by Ignacio Bahamondes ahead of his third-round brabo choke submission of Zhu Rong at UFC Fight Night 202 in February 2022. It set a personal high-water mark that still stands for the VFS Academy rep. Bahamondes locks horns with Jalin Turner in a three-round lightweight showcase.

4: Turner victories by submission, accounting for 29% of his career total. His methods of choice: two rear-naked chokes, one guillotine choke and one triangle choke.

150,000: Dollars in post-fight bonuses banked by Amanda Lemos across her 12 appearances in the UFC. She has been awarded “Fight of the Night” twice and “Performance of the Night” once. Lemos puts Iasmin Lucindo to the test in a three-round women’s strawweight attraction.

51: Rounds started by Lucindo as a professional mixed martial artist. She has gone the distance on eight different occasions and carries a 6-2 record in those bouts.

38: Years of age for Bobby Green. The oldest fighter on the card, he was born on Sept. 9, 1986 in San Bernardino, California. A former King of the Cage champion, Green toes the line against Mauricio Ruffy in a three-round lightweight appetizer.

1,925: Days since Ruffy suffered the lone defeat on his resume. He succumbed to punches from Manoel Sousa in the second round of their clash at a Standout Fighting Tournament show on Nov. 30, 2019.

22: Years of age for Rei Tsuruya. The youngest fighter on the card, he was born on June 22, 2002 in Kashiwa, Japan. A onetime Pancrase titleholder, Tsuruya takes on Joshua Van in a three-round flyweight prelim.

.782: Cumulative winning percentage between the 24 fighters booked to compete at the event. They boast a combined record of 373-102-6. Green has the most wins (32) and losses (16) of anyone on the card.
