Two new-breed heavyweights will tangle inside the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Top 10 when Jairzinho Rozenstruik toes the line against the unbeaten Ciryl Gane in the UFC Fight Night 186 headliner on Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Rozenstruik, 32, improved to 11-1 with his second-round technical knockout of Junior dos Santos at UFC 252 in August. The 30-year-old Gane, meanwhile, moved to 7-0 when he chopped down dos Santos with a second-round elbow strike at UFC 256 on Dec. 12. Neither man has fought since.

As UFC Fight Night “Rozenstruik vs. Gane” approaches, a look at some of the numbers the fighters on the card have generated to this point:

3: Sub-minute finishes to Rozenstruik’s credit. He cut down Robert McCarthy with punches in 10 seconds at a Team Yvel show on Dec. 27, 2018, buried Allen Crowder with punches in nine seconds at UFC Fight Night 144 on Feb. 2, 2019 and punched out Andrei Arlovski in 29 seconds at UFC 244 on Nov. 2, 2019.

86: Percent finish rate for Gane. The Frenchman has put away six of his first seven opponents: three by knockout and three more by submission. Tanner Boser lost a three-round unanimous decision to Gane at UFC Fight Night 165 and remains the only man to go the distance with him.

21: First-round stoppage victories on the Nikita Krylov resume. The Ukrainian’s long list of victims includes Emanuel Newton, Marcos Rogerio de Lima, Stanislav Nedkov and Walt Harris. Krylov meets the once-beaten Magomed Ankalaev in the co-main event.

15: Seconds needed for Ankalaev to punch Lloyd Marshbanks into submission under the World Fighting Championship Akhmat banner in 2016. Having occurred in his fifth professional assignment, it remains the fastest finish of his 15-fight career.

7: Takedowns completed by Montana De La Rosa since she joined the UFC roster in 2017, tying her with Molly McCann for seventh on the promotion’s all-time list at 125 pounds. Only Valentina Shevchenko (18), Roxanne Modafferi (14), Gillian Robertson (14), Joanne Calderwood (11), Liz Carmouche (10) and Andrea Lee (10) have more. De La Rosa draws Mayra Bueno Silva in a three-round flyweight showcase at UFC Fight Night 186.

1: Loss on the Silva ledger. She dropped a unanimous decision to Maryna Moroz at UFC Fight Night 170. Silva conceded two takedowns to the Ukrainian and was outstruck by a 139-88 margin in significant strikes.

5: Post-fight bonuses banked by Pedro Munhoz across his 14 appearances in the UFC. The former Resurrection Fighting Alliance champion has been awarded “Performance of the Night” three times and “Fight of the Night” twice, resulting in $250,000 of additional income. Munhoz next faces Jimmie Rivera in a three-round bantamweight feature.

8: Bantamweight titleholders, including Rivera, in Cage Warriors Fighting Championship history. Nick Cottone, Clint Godfrey, Aljamain Sterling, Nick Pace, Ricky Bandejas, Alexander Keshtov and Jared Scoggins are the others. Rivera vacated the championship when he signed with the UFC in 2015.

6: Decision losses for Ashley Yoder, accounting for 100% of her career total. Included among those defeats was a July 2017 unanimous decision to former Invicta Fighting Championships titleholder Angela Hill—the woman Yoder rematches at UFC Fight Night 186.

36: Years of age for Hill. The oldest fighter on the card, she was born in Clinton, Maryland, on Jan. 12, 1985. Madonna’s “Like a Virgin,” Jack Wagner’s “All I Need,” Duran Duran’s “The Wild Boys,” The Honeydrippers’ “Sea of Love” and Pat Benatar’s “We Belong” were the Top 5 songs on Billboard’s Hot 100 list at the time.

10: Submission wins on the Kevin Croom resume, accounting for 48% of his career total (21). His methods of choice: eight rear-naked chokes, one triangle choke and one guillotine choke. Croom owns six more wins by knockout and five by decision. “The Hard-Hitting Hillbilly” confronts “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 12 graduate Alex Caceres in a three-round featherweight attraction.

81: Significant strikes by which Caceres has outlanded his opposition—Austin Springer, Chase Hooper and Steven Peterson—during his current three-fight winning streak.

.742: Cumulative winning percentage between the 26 fighters scheduled to compete at UFC Fight Night 186. They own a combined record of 350-118-4. Maxim Grishin has compiled the most victories (31), while Caceres (12) and Croom (12) have been saddled with the most losses.
